Dr Kevin Donnelly AM is a Senior Research Fellow at the Australian Catholic University and Director of the Melbourne-based Education Standards Institute.
He was part of Mannkal Economic Education Foundation’s Western Civilisation Conference in November 2017 where he discussed contemporary developments in education. Kevin advocates a view of education that draws on a liberal tradition and Christian morals and values. He also advocates a model of education based on competition, diversity, standards and choice.
Kevin has written a number of books including: Why our Schools are Failing, Dumbing Down, Australia’s Education Revolution, Educating your child: it’s not rocket science, Taming the Black Dog and The Culture of Freedom.
